Hi, my name is Anna and I am a 4th year Business student concentrating in accounting and minoring in law and society. I am serving as this year's President, and this is my fourth year in WIB! I am in charge of overseeing all our different teams. My favorite part of WIB is the strong and supportive community and all the mentorship programs it offers. Beyond WIB, I am an ambassador for the business school, and am involved in greek life!

Hi! My name is Natalia and I am a 4th year Business Administration student with a concentration in Marketing!! I am the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives for Cal Poly's WIB. I am in charge of recruitment and implementing new initiatives into the club! My favorite part of WIB is all of our bondings, specifically Galentines! Beyond WIB, I am part of Greek Life and I did a Sales Internship this summer for ADP. During my free time, I love to go to yoga sculpt at Spark SLO :)

Hi, my name is Neela and I'm a 3rd year Business Administration major, concentrating in Marketing and minoring in Psychology and Media, Arts, Society and Technology (MAST). I am the VP of Events and have been involved with WIB's annual Defining Her Future Conference since my first year. I'm in charge of planning out major events, including winter quarter's Defining Her Future Conference, which is my favorite thing about WIB! I am also involved in OCOB's Multicultural Business Program and I studied abroad in Florence, Italy my fall quarter! I also love to hike, try new food spots, and do anything at the beach!

Hello, I’m Ivana, a third-year Business Administration major concentrating in Accounting and graduating this year. I’m so grateful to be serving as the Vice President of Programming and have loved being part of Women in Business since my freshman year. My favorite aspect of WIB has been participating in the mentorship programs, both as a mentee and a mentor, which have helped me build confidence and develop valuable professional skills. Outside of WIB, I play on the Cal Poly club lacrosse team and serve on the leadership team for Grace Church’s College Group. I’m excited to begin my career with Deloitte San Diego this September.

Hi! I’m Izzy, a third-year Business Administration major (graduating this year) with a concentration in Marketing and a minor in Industrial Technologies. I currently serve as the Director of Public Relations for Women in Business, where I've been actively involved for the past three years starting out on the Marketing Strategy Committee for the Defining Her Future conference. Outside of WIB, I’m passionate about simple joys, whether that’s riding the bus across SLO, volunteering at Front Porch, catching sunrises, or spending time with friends. You’ll usually find me with country music playing in the background (Ella Langley is my go-to)!

Hi! My name is Dylan Wormhoudt and I am a 2nd year Business Administration major with a concentration in Marketing. This is my second year with WIB and I am a part of the Marketing team working as one of the Directors of Creative Design and Videography. My favorite part of WIB has been getting to meet and build friendships with a group of incredibly motivated, smart, and caring women. Outside of WIB you could probably find me at the beach, on a hike, or anywhere outside with my friends!

Hi, my name is Dominique and I'm a 2nd year Honors Business Administration student with a concentration in Finance and a minor in Economics. I'm this year's Director of Finance and Development! I'm in charge of managing WIB's budget and executing reimbursements. Being part of WBLA last year was one of my favorite experiences, and I also love being surrounded by such amazing girls in WIB! Outside of WIB, I love working out, going to the beach with friends, playing sports—honestly, I’m always down for anything fun! Now that it’s open, the library has become my go-to spot to study on campus.

Hi, my name is Katelyn, and I'm a second-year Business Administration student concentrating in Marketing. I'm the Director of Sponsorship and this is my first year on WIB board, but second year with WIB. I'm in charge of connecting with sponsors to help make our events possible. My favorite part of WIB is the WBLA class we hold in the winter. Beyond WIB, I am the vice president of StangGang. I'm extremely passionate about anything that has to do with sports or the outdoors. My favorite place to study is in the Baker building.

Hi! My name is Julia Arrizon and I’m a second year Business Administration student with a concentration in HR/Management and a minor in Spanish. I am the Director of Programming experience for WIB. I get to help execute our WIB Programming classes such as Entry Engagement in the fall, and the Women in Business Leadership Academy in the winter. My favorite part of WIB is the people! I am so excited to get to meet all the lovely mentees and mentors that will be participating in our programming activities this year. Outside of WIB, I am on the Club Swim Team, and I was a WOW leader this past year. A fun fact about be is that I am NOT a runner, but I will be competing in my first half marathon this December!

My favorite part about WIB has been finding a community in OCOB, which was very important to me as a transfer student. Hi! My name is Mia and I'm a 2nd year Business Administration student with a concentration in Entrepreneurship. I'm the Director of DEI & Wellness and this is my second year with WIB. I'm in charge of making every member feel like this is an environment where they belong and feel welcome to express themselves. My favorite part of WIB is WBLA during Winter quarter. Outside of WIB, I have many different interests including hanging out with friends, going to the gym, and exploring SLO! My favorite place to study is the UU (when it's not totally packed).

Hi, my name is Chelsea and I'm a 2nd year Business Administration student with a concentration in Information Systems. I'm the Co-Director of High School Operations and this is my second year with WIB. Beyond WIB, I also serve on board for United Movement Dance Team and am a part of a professional business fraternity, Alpha Kappa Psi. I enjoy hip-hop dancing, cooking, good boba, and concerts!

Hi, my name is Cayman! I'm a second-year Business Administration major, currently leaning toward a concentration in Finance. I serve as one of the Directors of High School Outreach for WIB. I am in charge of connecting with local high schools to organize workshops, presentations, and bring awareness to our annual Defining Her Future (DHF) event—my favorite part of WIB! Outside of WIB, I'm on the marketing team for Field Studies and work as an intramural volleyball and basketball referee for ASI. I'm passionate about living a balanced lifestyle, and in my free time I enjoy mountain biking, embroidering, and studying on the third floor of the library!

We recruit new members to our Executive Board every year. Applications open during Spring Quarter for the following school year.
