Rise With WIB
I am so excited to welcome you to the new era of the WIRE.
As the newly launched website and refreshed visual identity go live, the WIRE is stepping into a space that reflects who we are becoming as a digital publication and as a reestablished community. This redesign is more than a new look. It represents growth and the collective ambition of Cal Poly’s Women in Business members who continue to push this organization forward.
As a student navigating campus, career paths and leadership alongside you, I see the WIRE as a platform for stories that feel aspirational and real. Stories that reflect the questions we are asking, the behind-the-scenes of it all, and the spaces we are learning to claim as the female leaders of Cal Poly.
The WIRE has always been a safe space for women’s voices, ideas, and leadership. As Editor-in-Chief, my goal is to continue elevating that mission by sharing thoughtful features, meaningful conversations, and perspectives that highlight the many ways women lead and grow.
This new chapter aligns closely with our theme, Rising with WIB. Growth does not happen alone, and neither does this publication. Every article, spotlight, and feature is shaped by a shared vision.
As we launch this new look, it is my hope is that the WIRE continues to feel like a space where readers can learn and see themselves reflected. Whether you are just beginning your journey or already finding your footing, there is room here for your story.
Thank you for being part of this next chapter. We are just getting started.
