WIB’s annual, day-long Winter quarter event offers students the chance to connect with industry professionals, attend executive panels, and develop leadership skills. As the largest student-run event on campus free for students to attend, DHF features diverse speakers sharing insights on overcoming challenges and fostering empowerment in the workplace.

Leadership Opportunities
Interested in gaining leadership experience? Each Fall quarter WIB opens application to apply to be a part of the DHF planning committe which is made up of the three teams below.
Responsibilities include rentals, facilities, Pre Conference event, outreach, catering, day-of schedule, and decor.
Logistics
Responsibilities include designing the overall branding, creating designs for collateral, and making campaigns.
Marketing Creative
Marketing Strategy
Responsibilities include managing the social media, ordering and choosing merchandise, creating promotional videos, organizing giveaways, and tabling.
